We offer award-winning NHS GP care, 6 days a week, for our registered patients.
Many health concerns can be managed by video or phone. When needed, face-to-face appointments are available at our two sites in central London close to major transport links.

How do I get a registration form?
You can register online here or collect a from our reception at Lonsdale Medical Centre or Blessings Medical Centre.
We process your registration in up to 5 working days
Once done, you are fully registered with us
No. You do not need ID, proof of address, or immigration papers.
If you have ID, please bring it to your first appointment — this helps keep your records correct, but it is not compulsory.
